Register the company with MLVT:
Company registration form
Internal labor regulations (required if you have โฅ8 employees)
List of employees
Copy of business license from MoC and Patent Tax Certificate from GDT
Declare staff and employment contracts
If hiring foreign employees, apply for:
Quota approval
Work permits and employment cards for each foreign worker

Enroll employees into the NSSF system (required within 30 days of hiring)
Pay monthly contributions based on employee wages:
