Update of Company Address

Agencies to Notify:

• Ministry of Commerce (MoC)

• General Department of Taxation (GDT)

• Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT)

• National Social Security Fund (NSSF)

Required Documents:

• Application letter for address change

• Updated lease agreement

• Updated office photos (inside & outside with signage)

• Board resolution approving the address change

• Updated Articles of Association (if applicable)

Notes:

• GDT will typically conduct a physical inspection to verify the new address.

• You must update all business licenses with the new address.
